حَدِيثُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Sa‘id ibn Hurayth (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 18739
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثني إسماعيل بن إبراهيم يعني ابن مهاجر ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن سعيد بن حريث اخ لعمرو بن حريث، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من باع دارا او عقارا فلم يجعل ثمنها في مثله، كان قمنا ان لا يبارك له فيه" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed bin Hareeth (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever sells a house or property and does not invest its price in something similar, then he deserves that there should be no blessing placed for him in that money.

حكم دارالسلام: حديث حسن بمتابعاته وشواهده، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لضعف إسماعيل ابن إبراهيم، واضطرابه فيه
