حَدِيثُ مُجَاشِعِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Mujashi‘ ibn Mas‘ud (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 20684
حدثنا عفان ، حدثنا يزيد بن زريع ، حدثنا خالد الحذاء ، عن ابي عثمان ، عن مجاشع بن مسعود ، قال: قلت: يا رسول الله، هذا مجالد بن مسعود يبايعك على الهجرة، فقال: " لا هجرة بعد فتح مكة، ولكن ابايعه على الإسلام" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Mujashi' bin Mas'ud that he brought his nephew to the service of the Prophet (peace be upon him) so that he could pledge allegiance for migration. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: No, he will pledge allegiance to Islam, because after the conquest of Makkah, the command of migration no longer remains.
