It is narrated from Hazrat Rabi’ (may Allah be pleased with her) that once, on the day of Ashura (the 10th of Muharram), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a messenger to the settlements of the Ansar and had it announced that whoever among you is fasting today should complete his fast, and whoever has already eaten or drunk something should spend the rest of the day without eating or drinking.

It is narrated from Hazrat Rabi’ (may Allah be pleased with her) that on the day of my marriage, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me and sat on my bed at that place. At that time, two girls had come to me who were playing the duff and mentioning my ancestors who had died at the time of the Battle of Badr. Among the verses they were reciting, there was also a verse that said:“Among us is a Prophet who knows what will happen today and tomorrow.”The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“Do not say this sentence.”

It is narrated from Hazrat Rabi’ (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed ablution at her place. I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wiping his head hair from front to back and back to front. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also wiped his temples and ears from inside and outside, and did not move the hair from its natural position.
