بَابُ مَا لَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَهُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ
Women who cannot be joined in marriage
Hadith Number: 1093
وحدثني يحيى، عن مالك، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " لا يجمع بين المراة وعمتها، ولا بين المراة وخالتها"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not combine a paternal aunt and her niece, nor a maternal aunt and her niece (in marriage)."

Hadith Number: 1094
وحدثني، عن مالك، عن يحيى بن سعيد ، عن سعيد بن المسيب ، انه كان يقول: " ينهى ان تنكح المراة على عمتها، او على خالتها، وان يطا الرجل وليدة وفي بطنها جنين لغيره"
Saeed bin Musayyib used to say: It is forbidden to marry a niece over her paternal aunt, and a niece over her maternal aunt, and it is forbidden to have intercourse with a slave woman who is pregnant by another man.
