بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْحِنْثِ عَلَى مِنْبَرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
What is reported about breaking an oath on the Prophet's pulpit
Hadith Number: 1424
قال يحيى: حدثنا مالك، عن هاشم بن هاشم بن عتبة بن ابي وقاص ، عن عبد الله بن نسطاس ، عن جابر بن عبد الله الانصاري، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من حلف على منبري آثما، تبوا مقعده من النار"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears a false oath upon my pulpit has made his abode in the Hellfire."

Hadith Number: 1425
وحدثني مالك، عن العلاء بن عبد الرحمن ، عن معبد بن كعب السلمي ، عن اخيه عبد الله بن كعب بن مالك الانصاري ، عن ابي امامة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من اقتطع حق امرئ مسلم بيمينه، حرم الله عليه الجنة واوجب له النار". قالوا: وإن كان شيئا يسيرا يا رسول الله؟ قال:" وإن كان قضيبا من اراك، وإن كان قضيبا من اراك، وإن كان قضيبا من اراك" . قالها ثلاث مرات
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever usurps the right of his Muslim brother by swearing a false oath, Allah will make Paradise forbidden for him and will make Hell necessary for him." The Companions said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Even if that right is small? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Even if it is a twig of the arak tree, even if it is a twig of the arak tree, even if it is a twig of the arak tree." He said it three times.
