The respected wife of Uthman bin Maz'oon, Sayyida Khawla bint Hakim (may Allah be pleased with her), narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out along with Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them both), and he said:“(Children) become a cause of miserliness and cowardice for a person.”And on another occasion, when she narrated, she said: I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying:“And you people act with miserliness.”
