عمر بن عبد العزيز عن سعيد بن المسيب
Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib
بَابُ الْأَمْرِ بِالْوُضُوءِ بَعْدَ أَكْلِ مَا مَسَّتْهُ النَّارُ
Chapter: The command to perform ablution after eating what has been touched by fire
Hadith Number: 20
حدثنا ابو تقي هشام بن عبد الملك ، ثنا محمد بن حرب ، عن الزبيدي ، عن الزهري ، ان عمر بن عبد العزيز اخبره، ان عبد الله بن إبراهيم بن قارظ الزهري اخبره، انه راى ابا هريرة يتوضا على ظهر المسجد: فقال: اتوضا من اثوار اقط اكلتها، وإني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " توضئوا مما مست النار" .
Abdullah bin Ibrahim Zahri narrated, he saw Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) performing ablution on the roof of the mosque, so Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I performed ablution because I ate a piece of cheese, and I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying, "Perform ablution after eating something cooked on fire."
