عمر بن عبد العزيز عن أبان بن عثمان
Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz from Aban ibn Uthman
بَابُ ذِكْرِ ارْتِجَافِ جَبَلِ حِرَاءٍ وَمَنْ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ وَالصِّدِّيقِ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ
Chapter: Mention of the trembling of Mount Hira and those upon it from the Prophet, the truthful, and the martyrs
Hadith Number: 27
حدثني احمد بن محمد بن عمر بن يونس اليمامي ، حدثنا محمد بن العباس الاموي ، ثنا بشر بن عبد الله بن عمر بن عبد العزيز ، عن ابيه ، عن جده ، عن ابان بن عثمان ، عن ابيه عثمان بن عفان ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم صعد حراء، فارتج بهم، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " اسكن حراء، فما عليك إلا نبي او صديق او شهيد" ، وعليه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وابو بكر، وعمر، وعثمان، وعلي، وطلحة، والزبير، وسعد، وسعيد بن زيد، رضي الله عنهم.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went to the mountain of Hira, and Hira began to tremble. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Hira! Be still, for upon you is a Prophet, a Siddiq, or a Martyr." And (at that time) upon it were the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Talha, Zubair, Sa'd, and Sa'id bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with them).
