عمر بن عبد العزيز عن أبي بكر بن عبدالرحمن
Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz from Abu Bakr ibn Abdur Rahman
بَابُ بَيَانِ أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الْمَالِ أَحَقُّ بِمَالِهِ عِنْدَ الْمُفْلِسِ
Chapter: Clarification that the owner of wealth has more right to his wealth with the bankrupt person
Hadith Number: 36
حدثنا عيسى بن حماد زغبة، ثنا الليث بن سعد ، عن يحيى بن سعيد ، عن ابي بكر بن محمد ، عن عمر بن عبد العزيز ، عن ابي بكر بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " ايما امرئ افلس ثم وجد رجل متاعه عنده بعينه، فهو اولى به من غيره" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that he narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "If a person becomes insolvent, and the creditor finds his goods with him in their original form, then he is more entitled to them than others."
