عمر بن عبد العزيز عن أبي بكر بن عبدالرحمن
Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz from Abu Bakr ibn Abdur Rahman
بَابُ بَيَانِ أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الْمَالِ أَحَقُّ بِمَالِهِ عِنْدَ الْمُفْلِسِ
Chapter: Clarification that the owner of wealth has more right to his wealth with the bankrupt person
Hadith Number: 46
حدثنا محمد بن زنبور الابطحي ، ثنا عبد العزيز بن ابي حازم ، ثنا يزيد بن الهاد ، عن ابي بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم ، عن عمر بن عبد العزيز ، عن ابي بكر بن عبد الرحمن ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " ايما رجل ادرك سلعته عند رجل قد افلس، فهو احق بها" .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever finds his goods with a bankrupt person, he has more right to them."
