Umar bin Abdul Aziz from Abu Bakr bin Amr bin Hazm
بَابُ بَيَانِ النَّهْيِ عَنِ أَدَاءِ الصَّدَقَاتِ بِطُرُقٍ جَدِيدَةٍ وَمُشَابَهَتِهَا لِلْقَوْلِ فِي الْقُرْآنِ «وَقَالُوا مَا فِي بُطُونِ هَذِهِ الْأَنْعَامِ خَالِصَةٌ لِذُكُورِنَا»
Chapter: Clarification of the prohibition of giving charity in new ways and its resemblance to the saying in the Quran: "And they say, what is in the bellies of these cattle is exclusively for our males"
Hadith Number: 82
حدثنا حدثنا إبراهيم بن محمد، حدثنا إسماعيل بن ابي اويس، حدثنا سليمان بن بلال، عن اسامة بن زيد، ان ابا بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم اخبره، ان عمر بن عبد العزيز كتب إليه في خلافته: اكتب إلي بنسخة صدقة اصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبنسخة ولاتها، وارفع في انسابهم، واكتب إلي الحديث الذي حدثتني عن عمرة، عن عائشة، قال: قال اسامة: قلت لابي بكر: وكيف حديثه عنها؟ فقال ابو بكر: حدثتني عمرة بنت عبد الرحمن، انها سمعت عائشة تقول حين رات ما احدث الناس في صدقاتهم، قالت:" يا سبحان الله! ما اشبهه بما قال الله تعالى في كتابه: وقالوا ما في بطون هذه الانعام خالصة لذكورنا ومحرم على ازواجنا وإن يكن ميتة فهم فيه شركاء سورة الانعام آية 139" .
It is narrated from Usama bin Zaid that Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin Amr bin Hazm informed him that during his caliphate, Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) wrote to him, asking him to write in detail about the charity of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), its rightful recipients, and also to write the hadith which you narrated to me from Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) regarding Umrah. Usama said: I asked Abu Bakr, "Which hadith is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her)?" Abu Bakr said: "Umrah bint Abdul Rahman narrated the hadith to me; she heard Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) say, when people introduced new ways in the payment of charity: 'Glory be to Allah! This act resembles something found in the Book of Allah, the Exalted, in His statement: "And they said, 'What is in the bellies of these cattle is exclusively for our men and forbidden to our women, but if it is born dead, then all of them are partners in it'" [الانعام: 139] .'"
