جُمَّاعُ أَبْوَابِ سُتْرَةِ الْمُصَلِّي
Chapters on the Sutrah for the Praying Person
Hadith Number: 825
نا عبد الله بن سعيد الاشج ، حدثنا حفص يعني ابن غياث ، عن الاعمش ، عن إبراهيم ، عن الاسود ، عن عائشة ؛ والاعمش ، عن ابي الضحى ، عن مسروق ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي وانا معترضة بين يديه، فإذا اردت ان اقوم انسل من قبل رجلي"
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray while I was lying in front of him, and when I wanted to get up, I would quietly slip away from the side of my feet.

ناه الدورقي ، حدثنا ابو معاوية ، نا الاعمش ، عن إبراهيم ، عن الاسود ، عن عائشة ، قالت: ربما رايت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " يصلي بالليل وسط السرير، وانا على السرير بينه وبين القبلة، تكون لي الحاجة، فانسل من قبل رجلي السرير كراهة ان استقبله بوجهي"
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I would sometimes see the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) standing in the middle of the bed at night, performing prayer, while I would be lying on the bed between him (peace be upon him) and the Qiblah. If I needed something, I would slip away from the foot of the bed, disliking that I should turn my face towards him (peace be upon him).
