Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah
جُمَّاعُ أَبْوَابِ الْكَلَامِ الْمُبَاحِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَالدُّعَاءِ وَالذِّكْرِ، وَمَسْأَلَةِ الرَّبِّ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَمَا يُضَاهِي هَذَا وَيُقَارِبُهُ
Chapters on Permissible Speech, Supplication, and Remembrance in Prayer
(317) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْكَلَامَ الَّذِي لَا يَجُوزُ التَّكَلُّمُ بِهِ فِي غَيْرِ الصَّلَاةِ،
317 Chapter: Evidence That Speech Not Permitted Outside Prayer Is Not Permitted in Prayer.
Hadith Number: Q864
إذا تكلم به المصلي في صلاته جهلا منه انه لا يجوز التكلم به غير مفسد للصلاة
If a person performing prayer, due to ignorance or lack of awareness, utters the same words during the prayer, it will not invalidate the prayer.

نا يونس بن عبد الاعلى ، اخبرنا ابن وهب ، اخبرني يونس ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن ابي سلمة ، ان ابا هريرة ، قال: اقام رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الصلاة، وقمنا معه، فقال اعرابي في الصلاة: اللهم ارحمني ومحمدا، ولا ترحم معنا احدا، فلما سلم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال للاعرابي:" لقد تحجرت واسعا" يريد رحمة الله
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) established the prayer, we also stood with him. Then a Bedouin man supplicated in the prayer like this: "O Allah, have mercy on me and on Muhammad (peace be upon him), and do not have mercy on anyone else along with us." When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) finished the prayer with salam, he said to the Bedouin: "You have made Allah’s vast mercy narrow."
