جِمَاعُ أَبْوَابِ الْعُذْرِ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ فِيهِ تَرْكُ إِتْيَانِ الْجَمَاعَةِ

(156) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ إِتْيَانِ الْمَسَاجِدِ لِآكِلِ الثُّومِ.
156| Chapter on the prohibition of attending mosques for one who has eaten garlic
Hadith Number: 1664
نا محمد بن عزيز ، ان سلامة بن روح حدثهم، حدثني عقيل ، وقال ابن شهاب : حدثني عطاء بن ابي رباح ، ان جابر بن عبد الله زعم، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " من اكل ثوما او بصلا فليعتزلنا، او ليعتزل مسجدنا، وليقعد في بيته"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever has eaten (raw) garlic or onion should keep away from us, or stay away from our mosque, and remain in his house."
