كِتَاب التَّوْحِيدِ
The Book of Tauhid (Islamic Monotheism)
بَابُ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «رَجُلٌ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ الْقُرْآنَ فَهْوَ يَقُومُ بِهِ آنَاءَ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ، وَرَجُلٌ يَقُولُ لَوْ أُوتِيتُ مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِيَ هَذَا فَعَلْتُ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ» :
(45) Chapter. The statement of the Prophet (p.b.u.h.): "A man whom Allah gave the knowledge of the Quran and he read it [in Salat (prayer)] during the hours of the night and the day; and another man says, ‘If I have been given what this man has been given, I would do the same as he is doing.’ " So Allah’s Messenger (p.b.u.h.) showed that his reciting the Quran in Salat in his action.
Hadith Number: Q7528
فبين ان قيامه بالكتاب هو فعله، وقال: ومن آياته خلق السموات والارض واختلاف السنتكم والوانكم، وقال جل ذكره وافعلوا الخير لعلكم تفلحون.
Hadith Number: 7528
حدثنا قتيبة، حدثنا جرير، عن الاعمش، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي هريرة، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" لا تحاسد إلا في اثنتين: رجل آتاه الله القرآن فهو يتلوه آناء الليل وآناء النهار، فهو يقول: لو اوتيت مثل ما اوتي هذا لفعلت كما يفعل، ورجل آتاه الله مالا فهو ينفقه في حقه، فيقول: لو اوتيت مثل ما اوتي عملت فيه مثل ما يعمل".
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Not to wish to be the like of except the like of two men: a man whom Allah has given the Qur'an and he recites it during the hours of the night and the hours of the day, in which case one may say, "If I were given the same as this man has been given, I would do the same as he is doing.' The other is a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it in the right way, in which case one may say, 'If I were given the same as he has been given, I would do the same as he is doing."
حكم: أحاديث صحيح البخاريّ كلّها صحيحة
Hadith Number: 7529
حدثنا علي بن عبد الله، حدثنا سفيان، قال الزهري، عن سالم، عن ابيه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" لا حسد إلا في اثنتين: رجل آتاه الله القرآن فهو يتلوه آناء الليل وآناء النهار، ورجل آتاه الله مالا فهو ينفقه آناء الليل وآناء النهار"، سمعت سفيان مرارا لم اسمعه يذكر الخبر، وهو من صحيح حديثه.
Narrated Salim's father: The Prophet said, "Not to wish to be the like of except the like of two (persons): a man whom Allah has given the knowledge of the Qur'an and he recites it during the hours of the night and the hours of the day; and a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it (in Allah's Cause) during the hours of the night and during the hours of the day."
