And the clarification is in opposition to the statement of those who claim that between the two years is the value of what is between them. And this statement is negligence from its speaker, or it is contrary to the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. And every statement contrary to his Sunnah is rejected and not accepted.

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote this document for him:“In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. These are the obligatory rulings of Zakat which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) made obligatory upon the Muslims, and Allah Almighty commanded His Messenger regarding them.”Then the complete hadith was narrated. In the hadith, these words are also mentioned:“Whoever’s Zakat is a Jadh’ah (a four-year-old she-camel), and he does not have a Jadh’ah but has a Hiqqah (a three-year-old she-camel), then the three-year-old she-camel will be accepted from him, and along with it, two goats will be taken if they are available; otherwise, twenty dirhams will be taken. In the narration of Janab Bundar, it is stated: ‘In place of the deficiency, two goats will be taken.’ And whoever’s Zakat is a Hiqqah, and he has a Hiqqah, rather he has a Jadh’ah, then the Jadh’ah will be taken from him, and the collector will give him twenty dirhams or two goats. And whoever’s Zakat is a Hiqqah (three-year-old she-camel), and he has a Bint Labun (a two-year-old she-camel), then the two-year-old she-camel will be accepted from him, and he will pay along with it two goats or twenty dirhams. And whoever’s Zakat is a Bint Labun, and he does not have a Bint Labun but has a Hiqqah, then the Hiqqah will be taken from him, and the collector will give him twenty dirhams or two goats. And whoever’s Zakat is a Bint Labun, but he does not have it, and he has a Bint Makhad (a one-year-old she-camel), then that will be accepted from him, and he will give along with it twenty dirhams or two goats. And whoever’s Zakat is a Bint Makhad (a one-year-old she-camel), but he does not have it, rather he has a Bint Labun (a two-year-old she-camel), then that will be accepted from him, and the collector will give him twenty dirhams or two goats. And whoever does not have a Bint Makhad (a one-year-old she-camel), but he has an Ibn Labun (a two-year-old male camel), then that will be accepted from him, and nothing else will be taken along with it.”
