74 Subchapter: Recommending bathing for ihram
Hadith Number: 2595
حدثنا عبد الله بن الحكم بن ابي زياد القطواني , حدثنا عبد الله بن يعقوب المدني ، عن ابن ابي الزناد ، عن ابيه ، عن خارجة بن زيد ، عن ابيه :" ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تجرد لإهلاله واغتسل"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) removed his clothes for Ihram (from his blessed body) and performed ghusl (ritual bath), then put on the Ihram.
