(80) بَابُ اشْتِرَاطِ مَنْ بِهِ عِلَّةٌ عِنْدَ الْإِحْرَامِ أَنَّ مَحِلَّهُ حَيْثُ يُحْبَسُ، ضِدَّ قَوْلِ مِنْ كَرِهَ ذَلِكَ
80 Subchapter: One with an illness may stipulate that his exit from ihram is where he is detained, contrary to those who dislike it

حدثنا عبد الجبار بن العلاء ، حدثنا سفيان . ح وحدثنا محمد بن العلاء بن كريب ، حدثنا ابو اسامة ، كلاهما عن هشام ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مر بضباعة، وهي شاكية، فقال: " اتريدين الحج؟" فقالت: نعم، قال:" فحجي واشترطي، وقولي اللهم محلي حيث تحبسني" ، هذا لفظ حديث عبد الجبار
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by Lady Duba’a (may Allah be pleased with her) when she was ill. He (peace be upon him) asked:Do you wish to perform Hajj?She replied,Yes.He (peace be upon him) said:Then perform Hajj, and stipulate the condition, and at the time of intention say these words: ‘O Allah, I will exit Ihram from wherever You restrain me.’ (I will become lawful from the restrictions of Ihram).These are the words of the narration of Abdul Jabbar.
