جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا

(183) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْحَجَرَ إِنَّمَا سَوَّدَتْهُ خَطَايَا بَنِي آدَمَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ دُونَ خَطَايَا الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Chapter: Evidence that the Black Stone was blackened by the sins of the polytheists, not Muslims
Hadith Number: 2734
حدثنا محمد بن.... البصري ، حدثنا ابو الجنيد ، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة ، عن عبد الله بن عثمان بن خثيم ، عن سعيد بن جبير ، عن ابن عباس ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " الحجر الاسود ياقوتة بيضاء من ياقوت الجنة، وإنما سودته خطايا المشركين يبعث يوم القيامة مثل احد يشهد لمن استلمه، وقبله من اهل الدنيا"
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: "The Black Stone was one of the white jewels of Paradise; indeed, the sins of the polytheists have blackened it. On the Day of Resurrection, it will be raised up in the form of the mountain of Uhud. It will bear witness for every person among the people of the world who touched it or kissed it."
