جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا

والدليل على صحة مذهب المطلبي ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إنما اراد بزجره عن الصلاة بعد الصبح حتى تطلع الشمس، وبعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس، بعض الصلاة لا جميعها
And the explanation of the evidence for the correctness of the Matlabi school of thought: that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade praying after the Fajr prayer until sunrise and after the Asr prayer until sunset, so by this he meant some prayers, not all prayers.

حدثنا عبد الجبار بن العلاء ، وعلي بن خشرم ، واحمد بن منيع ، قالوا: حدثنا سفيان , قال: عبد الجبار قال: سمعته من ابي الزبير ، قال: سمعت عبد الله بن باباه ، يخبر عن جبير بن مطعم ، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" يا بني عبد مناف، لا يمنعن احد طاف بهذا البيت وصلى اي ساعة كان من ليل او نهار" ، ولفظ متن الحديث لفظ علي بن خشرم، وقال علي، واحمد: عن ابي الزبير، عن عبد الله بن باباه
Sayyiduna Jubair bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O sons of Abd Manaf, do not ever prevent anyone from performing Tawaf of this Sacred House (the Ka'bah) or from offering prayer in it at any hour of the day or night, whenever he wishes." The wording of the hadith text is from the narration of Ali bin Khushram.

حدثنا عبد الله بن عمران العابدي ، حدثنا سعيد بن سالم القداح ، عن عبد الله بن مؤمل يعني المخزومي ، عن حميد مولى عفراء، عن مجاهد ، عن ابي ذر ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا صلاة بعد الصبح، ولا بعد العصر، إلا بمكة، إلا بمكة، إلا بمكة" ، قال ابو بكر: انا اشك في سماع مجاهد، من ابي ذر
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no prayer after the morning prayer and after the afternoon prayer except in Makkah Mukarramah, except in Makkah Mukarramah, except in Makkah Mukarramah." Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I have doubt about the hearing of Imam Mujahid from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him).

حدثنا سعيد بن عبد الله بن عبد الحكم ، حدثنا حفص بن عمر يعني العدني ، حدثنا عبد الجبار بن الورد ، عن ابن ابي مليكة ، قال: طاف المسور بن مخرمة ثمانية عشر سبوعا، ثم صلى لكل سبع ركعتين، وقال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" يا بني عبد مناف، إن وليتم هذا البيت من بعدي، فلا تمنعوا احدا من الناس ان يطوف به اي ساعة ما كان من ليل او نهار"
Ibn Abi Mulaika narrates that Sayyiduna Miswar bin Makhrama (may Allah be pleased with him) performed eighteen circuits (Tawaf) and offered two rak'ahs for each Tawaf, and said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd Manaf, if you remain the custodians of this House (the Noble Ka'bah) after me, then do not prevent anyone from performing Tawaf of this House; let him perform Tawaf at any hour of the day or night whenever he wishes."
