Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah
جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا
Chapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(279) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا سَارَ فِي الْإِفَاضَةِ، وَمِنْ جَمْعٍ إِلَى مِنًى عَلَى السَّكِينَةِ خَلَا بَطْنِ وَادِي مُحَسِّرٍ؛ فَإِنَّهُ أَوْضَعَ فِيهِ،
Chapter: Evidence that the Prophet traveled calmly from Jam‘ to Mina except in the valley of Muhassir, where he hurried
Hadith Number: Q2861
وفي هذا ما دل على ان الفضل إنما اراد: وعليه السكينة حتى اتى منى، خلا إيضاعه في وادي محسر على ما ترجمت الباب انه لفظ عام اراد به الخاص.
And in this is what indicates that Al-Fadl only intended:“And upon him was tranquility until he came to Mina, except for his hastening in the valley of Muhassir,”according to what I have titled the chapter, that it is a general expression by which he intended something specific.
تخریج الحدیث:
In the narration of Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, it is mentioned that when the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, reached the valley of Muhassir, his she-camel became frightened and started running until he passed through the valley.

حدثنا سلم بن جنادة ، حدثنا وكيع ، عن سفيان . ح وحدثنا محمد بن سفيان بن ابي الزرد الابلي ، حدثنا ابو عامر ، حدثنا سفيان . ح وحدثنا محمد بن العلاء ، حدثنا قبيصة ، عن سفيان ، عن ابي الزبير ، عن جابر ،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اوضع في وادي محسر"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) made his she-camel run fast in the valley of Muhassir.
