Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah
جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا

(294) بَابُ التَّكْبِيرِ مَعَ كُلِّ حَصَاةٍ يَرْمِيهَا لِلْجِمَارِ
Chapter: Saying "Allahu Akbar" with each pebble thrown at the pillars
Hadith Number: 2881
حدثنا هارون بن إسحاق الهمداني ، حدثنا حفص بن غياث ، عن جعفر بن محمد ، عن ابيه ، عن علي بن حسين ، عن ابن عباس ، عن اخيه الفضل بن عباس ، قال:" كنت ردف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فلم يزل يلبي حتى رمى جمرة العقبة، ورماها بسبع حصيات يكبر مع كل حصاة" ، قال ابو بكر: لخبر عمر بن حفص الشيباني، عن حفص بن غياث باب غير هذا
Sayyiduna Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I was riding behind the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he continued to recite the Talbiyah until he stoned Jamrah Aqabah. He threw seven pebbles at it, and with each pebble he said «اللهُ أَكْبَرُ» . Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the narration of Umar bin Hafs Shaybani from Hafs bin Ghiyath pertains to another chapter.
