Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah
جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا
Chapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(305) بَابُ التَّسْمِيَةِ وَالتَّكْبِيرِ عِنْدَ الذَّبْحِ وَالنَّحْرِ.
Chapter: Saying "Bismillah" and "Allahu Akbar" when slaughtering and sacrificing
Hadith Number: 2895
حدثنا محمد بن بشار ، حدثنا محمد بن جعفر ، حدثنا شعبة ، قال: سمعت قتادة يحدث، عن انس بن مالك ،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يضحي بكبشين املحين اقرنين ويسمي ويكبر، ولقد رايته يذبح بيده واضعا قدمه على صفاحها"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah used to slaughter two beautiful, spotted, horned rams and would recite «بِسْمِ اللهِ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ» . I saw him slaughtering them with his own blessed hand; he had his foot placed on their side.

Hadith Number: 2896
حدثنا علي بن خشرم ، اخبرنا عيسى بن يونس ، عن شعبة ، عن قتادة ، قال: سمعت انس بن مالك ، يقول: فقلت له: انت سمعته؟ قال: نعم، كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " يضحي بمثله"
Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that I heard Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) saying. Imam Shu’bah says: I asked,“Did you hear this hadith from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him)?”He replied,“Yes, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform the sacrifice.”A narration similar to the above was reported.
