Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah
جماع أَبْوَابِ ذِكْرِ أَفْعَالٍ اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي إِبَاحَتِهِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ، نَصَّتْ سُنَّةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ دَلَّتْ عَلَى إِبَاحَتِهَا
Chapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(368) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ لِلرِّعَاءِ فِي رَمْيِ الْجِمَارِ بِاللَّيْلِ.
Permission for shepherds to stone the Jamrat at night.
Hadith Number: 2975
حدثنا سلم بن جنادة ، حدثنا وكيع ، عن مالك بن انس ، عن عبد الله بن ابي بكر ، عن ابي بداح ، عن ابيه ،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم رخص للرعاء ان يرموا بالليل، وان يجمعوا الرمي"
Abu al-Baddah bin Asim bin Adi narrates from his noble father Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the shepherds to perform the stoning at night and to combine (the stoning of) two days.
