Prohibition of taking back charity or gift after giving, except to one’s child
Hadith Number: 1047
1047 صحيح حديث ابن عباس، قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: العائد في هبته كالكلب يقيء ثم يعود في قيئه
Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The one who takes back his gift is like a dog that vomits and then licks it up.
