باب التغليظ على من قذف مملوكه بالزنا
Severe warning for accusing a slave of adultery
Hadith Number: 1076
1076 صحيح حديث ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال: سمعت ابا القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: من قذف مملوكه، وهو بريء مما قال، جلد يوم القيامة، إلا ان يكون كما قال
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I heard Abul Qasim (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: Whoever falsely accuses his slave of something, while the slave is innocent of that accusation, will be flogged on the Day of Resurrection, unless what he said was true.
