Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Avoid the two cursed acts. The noble Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked: O Messenger of Allah! What are those two acts? He said: Defecating on people's pathways or in their sitting places.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Sarjis (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not urinate in a hole (burrow)."
These are the words of Ishaq's narration. He further stated that people asked Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him): "What is wrong with urinating in a hole?" He replied: "It is said that jinn dwell in them."

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mughaffal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: None of you should urinate in the bathhouse, because most of the doubts (whispers) originate from this.
