Share of cavalry and infantry
Hadith Number: 1084
حدثنا الحسن بن محمد الزعفراني ، قال: ثنا ابو معاوية الضرير ، قال: ثنا عبيد الله ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " اسهم للرجل ولفرسه ثلاثة اسهم: سهما له، وسهمين لفرسه" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) allotted three shares to a man and his horse: one share for him and two shares for his horse.
