Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), along with the jinn, humans, and trees, performed prostration at the last verse of Surah An-Najm.

Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) performed a prostration while reciting Surah An-Najm, and the Muslims and the polytheists also prostrated along with him.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited Surah An-Najm and he performed a prostration in it.

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I have performed the prostration of recitation behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in Surah Al-Inshiqaq and Surah Al-Alaq.

Kharijah bin Zaid narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him): I recited Surah An-Najm before the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and none of us performed the prostration (sajdah). Abu Sakhr narrates: I prayed behind Umar bin Abdul Aziz and Abu Bakr bin Hazm (in a prayer in which they recited this Surah), and neither of them performed the prostration of recitation.
