كِتَابُ الْحَيْضِ وَالْإِسْتِحَاضَةِ وَالنِّفَاسِ
Book of Menstruation, Istihada, and Postnatal Bleeding
بَابُ التَّرْهِيبِ مِنْ وَطْءِ الْحَائِضِ أَيَّامَ حَيْضِهَا
Chapter on the Warning Against Intercourse with a Menstruating Woman During Her Menses
Hadith Number: 934
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((من اتى حائضا او امراة في دبرها او كاهنا فصدقه فقد بريء بما انزل الله على محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has intercourse with his menstruating wife, or approaches his wife from behind, or goes to a fortune-teller and affirms what he says, he has disassociated himself from the religion which Allah Almighty has revealed to Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
