بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي طَلاقِ الْمُكْرَهِ وَمَنْ عَلَّقَ الطَّلاقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ
Chapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding Divorce Under Duress and One Who Suspends Divorce Before Marriage
Hadith Number: 7165
عن عائشة قالت: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول: ((لا طلاق ولا عتاق في إغلاق))۔
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Neither divorce nor the freeing of a slave takes effect under compulsion.

حكم: اسناده ضعيف لضعف محمد بن عبيد المكي
Hadith Number: 7166
عن عمرو بن شعيب عن ابيه عن جده عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ((ليس على رجل طلاق فيما لا يملك ولا عتاق فيما لا يملك ولا بيع فيما لا يملك۔))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin Aas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: No person has the authority to divorce a woman before becoming her husband, to free a slave before owning him, or to sell something before becoming its owner.
