كِتَابُ الأَطْعِمَةِ
Book of Foods
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْهِرُ وَكُلٌّ ذِي نَابِ مِنَ السَّبُعِ وَكَلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ
Chapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding the Cat, Every Predator with Fangs, and Every Bird with Talons
Hadith Number: 7343
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم الهر سبع
Syedna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The cat is also included among the beasts of prey.

حكم: اسناده ضعيف لضعف عيسي بن المسيب
Hadith Number: 7344
عن علي رضي الله عنه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم نهى كل ذي ناب من السبع وكل ذي مخلب من الطير
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade (the eating of) every predatory animal with fangs and every bird that hunts with its talons.

حكم: اسناده ضعيف جدا
Hadith Number: 7345
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال كل ذي ناب من السباع فاكله حرام
Syedna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every beast with fangs is a predator, and eating it is forbidden.
