تفسير من سورة الملك إلى سورة البروج
Interpretation from Surah Al-Mulk to Surah Al-Buruj
بَابُ: «وَيَوْمَ تَكُونُ السَّمَاءُ كَالْمُهْلِ»
Chapter: "And the Day when the sky will be like molten brass"
Hadith Number: 8808
عن ابي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال قيل لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يوما كان مقداره خمسين الف سنة ما اطول هذا اليوم فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ((والذي نفسي بيده إنه ليخفف على المؤمن حتى يكون اخف عليه من صلاة مكتوبة يصليها في الدنيا))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that it was asked from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A day will be of fifty thousand years, how long will that day be?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Him in Whose hand is my soul! It will be very light upon the believer; it will feel to him only as long as he spends in performing an obligatory prayer in the world."
