Hadith Number: 9132
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever calls towards guidance will have a reward equal to the rewards of those who follow him, without their rewards being diminished in the least. Likewise, whoever calls towards misguidance will bear a sin equal to the sins of those who follow him, without their sins being diminished in the least.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever initiates a good practice in Islam, he will have its reward and the reward of those who act upon it after him, without their rewards being diminished in the least.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: A man asked during the time of Prophethood, but the people did not give him anything. Then another man gave him something, and seeing this, other people also gave him something. Observing this situation, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever initiates a good practice and then it is adopted, he will receive its reward as well as the reward of those who follow it, while nothing will be diminished from their own rewards. And whoever establishes a bad practice and then it is adopted, he will bear its sin as well as the sins of those who follow it, while nothing will be diminished from their sins.
