The Book of Virtues
مَا جَاءَ فِي دَم مُضَرَ
What has come about the blood of Mudar
Hadith Number: 12586
عن حذيفة قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يقول ”إن هذا الحي من مضر لا تدع لله في الارض عبدا صالحا إلا فتنته واهلكته حتى يدركها الله بجنود من عباده فيذلها حتى لا تمنع ذنب تلعة“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah bin Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This tribe of Mudar will cast the righteous people on earth into tribulations and will destroy them, until Allah seizes them through the armies of His servants and will afflict them with humiliation and disgrace, and they will remain humiliated and disgraced.

وعنه من طريق آخر بنحوه قال حذيفة والله لا تدع مضر عبدا لله مؤمنا إلا فتنوه او قتلوه او يضربهم الله والملائكة والمؤمنون حتى لا يمنعوا ذنب تلعة فقال له رجل اتقول هذا يا عبد الله وانت رجل من مضر قال لا اقول إلا ما قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم
. (Second chain) Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The people of Mudar will put the believing servants of Allah into trials or will kill them, then Allah Almighty, the angels, and the believers will strike them in such a way that they will be humiliated and disgraced. A man said to Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him): O servant of Allah! You yourself are from Mudar and you are saying this? He replied: I say only what the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) has said.
