كِتَابُ التَّفْسِيرِ
Book of Tafsir (Quranic Exegesis)
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلاوَتِهِ أُولَئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ}
His saying, the Exalted: "Those to whom We have given the Book recite it with its true recital. They [are the ones who] believe in it..."
Hadith Number: 211
حدثنا سعيد، قال: اخبرنا عتاب بن بشير ، عن خصيف ، عن مجاهد ، في قوله: " يتلونه حق تلاوته سورة البقرة آية 121، قال:" يعملون به حق عمله، اولئك يؤمنون به" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said about the verse ﴿يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِ﴾: Its meaning is that they act upon it correctly, ﴿أُولَٰئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ﴾ meaning these are the people who believe in it.
