Sunan Saeed bin Mansur
كِتَابُ التَّفْسِيرِ
Book of Tafsir (Quranic Exegesis)
قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَنْ تَأَخَّرَ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ لِمَنِ اتَّقَى}
His saying, Exalted is He: {And whoever hastens [his departure] in two days—there is no sin upon him; and whoever delays—there is no sin upon him—for him who fears Allah.}
Hadith Number: 356
نا هشيم ، قال: نا عوف ، عن الحسن , في قوله عز وجل: فمن تعجل في يومين فلا إثم عليه سورة البقرة آية 203:" في تعجيله في اليوم الثاني، ولا إثم عليه في تاخيره إلى اليوم الثالث" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The meaning of ﴿فَمَنْ تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ﴾ is that if someone returns on the second day, there is no sin upon him, and if he stays until the third day, there is also no sin upon him.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If someone hastens and returns the next day, there is no sin upon him, and if he delays and stays until the third day, there is also no sin upon him.

نا الوليد بن مسلم ، عن يزيد بن ابي مريم ، قال: سمعت مجاهدا , يقول: فمن تعجل في يومين فلا إثم عليه ومن تاخر فلا إثم عليه سورة البقرة آية 203 , قال:" كلهم مغفور له" .
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding:“So whoever hastens [his departure] in two days - there is no sin upon him; and whoever delays - there is no sin upon him”__QUR_N__: All of them are forgiven.

Hadith Number: 359
نا هشيم ، عن عباد بن راشد ، قال: سمعت الحسن , يقول: " علم الله انه بلد عرض، فرخص لعباده من شاء ان ينفر في النفر الاول، ومن شاء في النفر الآخر" .
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, knew that this is a crowded place, so He gave His servants a concession; whoever wishes may depart on the first day, and whoever wishes may depart later.

نا نا شريك ، عن زياد بن علاقة ، عن المعرور بن سويد ، قال: قال عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه: " من شاء ان ينفر في النفر الاول، فلينفر، إلا بني خزيمة" .
Ma'roor bin Suwaid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whoever wishes may depart on the first day, except for Banu Khuzaymah.
