بَابُ مِيرَاثِ الْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا
Chapter on a woman's inheritance from her husband's blood money
Hadith Number: 305
نا نا هشيم قال: انا إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن الشعبي , ان عليا " كان لا يورث الإخوة من الام من الدية شيئا" .
It is narrated from Al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) did not give anything from the blood money to maternal brothers.

Hadith Number: 306
نا نا هشيم، قال: انا منصور، عن الحسن، عن علي انه كان يقول: " لا يرث الإخوة من الام، ولا امراة من الدية شيئا" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he used to say: "Maternal half-brothers, husbands, and women do not receive anything from blood money (diyah)."

Hadith Number: 307
نا خالد، عن يونس، عن الحسن , قال: " يرث من الدية كل وارث من غير الدية إلا الزوج والمراة" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Every heir inherits from the blood money except the husband and the woman."

Hadith Number: 308
نا نا ابو معاوية , قال: نا ليث، عن ابي عمرو العبدي، عن علي , قال: " تقسم الدية على ما يقسم عليه الميراث" .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The blood money will be distributed in the same manner as inheritance is distributed."
