Chapter on a woman who gives birth at six months
Hadith Number: 2084
نا نا هشيم، انا حجاج، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر ،" انه كان لا يرى باسا ان يتسرى العبد إذا اذن له مولاه" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not see any harm in a slave establishing relations with a slave woman with the permission of his master.

نا هشيم، انا يونس، ومنصور، عن الحسن، انه كان لا يرى بذلك باسا.
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) also considered it permissible for a slave to have relations with a slave woman.

Hadith Number: 2086
نا نا هشيم، انا الحجاج، عن العباس بن عبيد الله بن عباس، عن عمه ابن عباس " انه اذن لغلام له ان يتسرى، فاشترى ثلاث جوار ثمن الفين الفين" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) bought three slave women for his servant so that he could have relations with them.

نا نا هشيم، انا ابو الزبير، عن ابي معبد، عن ابن عباس ، انه قال لغلام له: " لك فلانة، لامة له، فاتخذها" .
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said to his servant: "This slave-girl is for you; take her as your wife."

Hadith Number: 2088
نا هشيم، انا زكريا بن يونس، شك الصائغ، عن الشعبي" انه كان لا يرى بذلك باسا ان يتسرى العبد بإذن مولاه" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) considered the relationship of a slave with a slave-girl to be permissible with the permission of the master.

Hadith Number: 2089
نا نا هشيم، انا ابو بشر، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر ، ان غلاما له اشترى جاريتين، فكان يصيب منهما، وعلم بذلك ابن عمر فاقره" .
The slave of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) bought two slave women and had relations with them. When Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) came to know of it, he allowed it to continue.

نا هشيم، انا يونس، عن ابن سيرين، انه" يحب ان يكون تزويجا".
Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) considered marriage preferable for a slave.

Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) also used to say this.

نا حماد بن زيد، عن ابي عبد الله الشقري، عن إبراهيم، قال: " يكره للعبد ان يتسرى" .
Ibrahim Nakha'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It is disliked for a slave to have relations with a slave woman."
