Chapter on the waiting period of a pregnant woman with twins
Hadith Number: 2100
نا هشيم، انا يونس، عن الحسن، كان يقول: " إذا طلق الرجل امراته وفي بطنها ولدان ولدت احدهما فقد انقضت العدة" .
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When a woman has two children in her womb and she gives birth to one of them, her 'iddah is completed."

Hadith Number: 2101
نا هشيم، انا إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن الشعبي، قال: " لها الرجعة ما لم تضع الآخر" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "A woman's marriage remains valid until another child is born."
تخریج الحدیث:
Hadith Number: 2102
نا إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن الشعبي، انه سئل عن ذلك، فقال: " هو احق بها ما لم تضع الآخر إنما هو كالحيض"، ثم قال:" يا ابا حصين اجعلها في التخت" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The husband has more right to the woman until another child is born; this is like menstruation." Then he said: "O Aba Husain! Include this in the bedding."

Hadith Number: 2103
نا ابو معاوية، نا اشعث بن سوار، عن الشعبي، قال: " له الرجعة ما لم تضع الآخر" .
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The husband has the right to take his wife back until a second child is born."

نا ابو معاوية، نا اشعث، عن الحكم، عن إبراهيم، قال: " إذا وضعت الاول فقد بانت" .
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the first child is born, the marriage is terminated."

نا هشيم، نا اشعث، عن حماد، عن إبراهيم، مثل ذلك.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the first child is born, the marriage ends."

Hadith Number: 2106
نا هشيم، انا خالد، عن عكرمة، قال: " إذا وضعت الاول فقد بانت" . قال سعيد:" حتى تضع الآخر".
Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "When the first child is born, the marriage ends." Sa'id said: "Not until the second child is born."
