ذكر البيان بأن خيار المشركين هم الخيار في الإسلام إذا فقهوا-
Clarification that the best among the polytheists become the best in Islam if they gain understanding
Hadith Number: 92
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد الازدي ، حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم ، اخبرنا النضر بن شميل ، حدثنا هشام ، عن محمد ، عن ابي هريرة، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " الناس معادن في الخير والشر، خيارهم في الجاهلية خيارهم في الإسلام، فقهوا" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "People are like mines of gold and silver (i.e., sources of good or evil). Those who were the best among them in the pre-Islamic era are also the best in Islam, provided they gain understanding of the religion."
