Chapter: Obligation of Faith – A third narration explicitly stating the meaning we mentioned
Hadith Number: 187
اخبرنا ابو خليفة ، حدثنا ابو الوليد ، وابن كثير ، قالا: حدثنا شعبة :، قال واقد بن عبد الله اخبرني عن ابيه ، انه سمع ابن عمر يحدث، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: " لا ترجعوا بعدي كفارا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض" .
Waqid bin Abdullah narrates from his father: He heard Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrating this statement of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "Do not revert to disbelief after me, striking the necks of one another."
