Chapter on Acts of Obedience and Their Rewards – Report on Allah preparing for His obedient servants what no sense can describe.
Hadith Number: 369
اخبرنا اخبرنا ابو خليفة ، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن بشار ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، يبلغ به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" قال الله تبارك وتعالى: اعددت لعبادي الصالحين ما لا عين رات، ولا اذن سمعت، ولا خطر على قلب بشر، ومصداق ذلك في كتاب الله: فلا تعلم نفس ما اخفي لهم من قرة اعين جزاء بما كانوا يعملون سورة السجدة آية 17" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: He learned of this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Allah Almighty says: I have prepared for My righteous servants that which no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has ever conceived." (Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says, or perhaps the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:) Its confirmation is found in Allah Almighty's Book (this verse): "No soul knows what has been hidden for them of comfort for eyes as reward for what they used to do."
