باب إفشاء السلام وإطعام الطعام - ذكر إباحة المصافحة للمسلمين عند السلام
Chapter on Spreading Peace and Feeding Others – Handshaking among Muslims is permissible when greeting.
Hadith Number: 492
اخبرنا احمد بن علي بن المثنى ، حدثنا هدبة بن خالد ، حدثنا همام ، حدثنا قتادة ، قال: قلت لانس بن مالك : اكانت المصافحة على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ قال:" نعم" ، قال قتادة: وكان الحسن يصافح.
Qatadah narrates: I asked Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him): Was handshaking practiced during the blessed time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)? He replied: Yes.
Qatadah narrates: Hasan (al-Basri) used to shake hands.
