Chapter on Companionship and Sitting – Information that a person has more right to his seat if he returns to it after leaving
Hadith Number: 588
اخبرنا محمد بن عبد الرحمن السامي ، قال: حدثنا علي بن الجعد ، قال: حدثنا زهير بن معاوية ، عن سهيل بن ابي صالح ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال:، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا قام الرجل من مجلسه ثم رجع إليه، فهو احق به" .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a person gets up from a gathering and then returns to it, he has more right to his place."
