Hadith Number: 1068
اخبرنا عمر بن سعيد بن سنان ، اخبرنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لولا ان اشق على امتي لامرتهم بالسواك عند كل صلاة" .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If I had not feared hardship for my Ummah, I would have commanded them to use the miswak at the time of every prayer."
