Chapter on the Sunnahs of Ablution - Permissibility to combine rinsing the mouth and nose in one handful
Hadith Number: 1076
اخبرنا الفضل بن الحباب ، قال: حدثنا ابو الوليد ، قال: حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد ، عن زيد بن اسلم ، عن عطاء بن يسار ، عن ابن عباس :" ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم توضا مرة مرة، وجمع بين المضمضة والاستنشاق .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) once combined rinsing the mouth and sniffing water into the nose (i.e., he performed both actions with a single handful of water).
