باب سنن الوضوء - ذكر الإباحة للمرء أن يقتصر في الوضوء على مرة مرة إذا أسبغ
Chapter on the Sunnahs of Ablution - Permissibility to limit ablution to once for each part if done thoroughly
Hadith Number: 1095
اخبرنا عمر بن محمد الهمداني ، قال: حدثنا عمرو بن علي ، قال: حدثنا يحيى القطان ، عن سفيان ، قال: حدثني زيد بن اسلم ، عن عطاء بن يسار ، عن ابن عباس ، قال:" انا اعلمكم بوضوء رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فتوضا مرة مرة" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I have the most knowledge among you all about the ablution of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed ablution "once" (only).
