باب نواقض الوضوء - ذكر إباحة اقتصار المرء على مسح اليد بشيء معه من الغمر دون غسل اليدين منه عند القيام إلى الصلاة
Chapter on Nullifiers of Ablution – Permission to wipe the hand with something available from grease instead of washing hands before prayer
Hadith Number: 1162
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، قال: حدثنا خلف بن هشام البزار ، قال: حدثنا ابو الاحوص ، عن سماك ، عن عكرمة ، عن ابن عباس ، قال:" اكل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كتفا، ثم مسح يده بمسح كان تحته، ثم قام فصلى" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) ate the meat of the shoulder, then he wiped his hand on the bedding that was beneath him, then he stood up and performed prayer.
