Chapter on Rules for the Junub – Denial that angels enter a house where there is someone in a state of major impurity
Hadith Number: 1205
اخبرنا الفضل بن الحباب ، حدثنا ابو الوليد ، حدثنا شعبة ، عن علي بن مدرك ، قال: سمعت ابا زرعة بن عمرو ، يحدث عبد الله بن نجي ، عن ابيه ، قال: سمعت عليا ، يحدث عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، انه قال: " لا تدخل الملائكة بيتا فيه صورة، ولا كلب، ولا جنب" .
Abdullah bin Naji narrates from his father: I heard Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrating from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Angels do not enter a house in which there is a picture, a dog, or a person in a state of major ritual impurity (junub)."
